Description
- The main restaurant is the main dining area of the property, offering an excellent culinary experience throughout the day. The restaurant is open from the morning to serve breakfast (from buffet and a la carte with no extra charge) and serves lunch & dinner menus in the form of à la carte, allowing guests to choose from a range of freshly prepared dishes.
- Throughout the day, guests can enjoy a variety of upgraded Greek and Mediterranean culinary delights, while the dinner menu is even more upscale, elevating the culinary experience even further.
- Special emphasis is placed on pure ingredients and local produce, enhancing authentic Cretan Organic gastronomy and promoting the property's philosophy of supporting local production.
- The restaurant space will be fundamentally open and the design approach to the space includes the use of tables of different sizes, aiming to enhance interaction and conversation between guests. Due to the small size of the space, the sense of intimacy and closeness is further enhanced as diners will be near each other during the meal.

Menu Direction
- The menu is based on local Cretan recipes with organic ingredients, enriched with a modern twist that highlights traditional flavours with innovative touches. Traditional dishes such as gammopilafo, stuffed zucchini flowers and dakos are reinterpreted in new ways, offering a dining experience that marries the old with the new. Guests can taste authentic Cretan flavours such as pure olive oil, local cheeses and fresh vegetables, combined with innovative cooking techniques that take local gastronomy to a higher level.
- Special emphasis is placed on varieties and menus for two, four, six+ people, encouraging guests to 'eat together' by connecting the dining experience with the accommodation's narrative. Menus can be sold per person (with a minimum order of two or more) and can include small plates of appetizers, salads and, most importantly, almost everything on the restaurant's menu.
- The local wines complement the menu perfectly as they include varieties such as Vidiano, Assyrtiko and Kotsifali, which accompany the menu dishes harmoniously, while local beers and raki complete the culinary experience.
The restaurant's relaxed layout promotes a friendly service style that makes guests feel comfortable and familiar while maintaining a polite distance to respect their privacy. -

- The Pool/ Snack Bar is the main meeting point for guests, inviting them to start their day or relax after a busy day. This central location makes the Main Bar the hub of the property's social life, offering easy access and prompt service to guests.
- The Pool/ Snack Bar operates on an à la carte model, offering selected and high-quality products with a focus on drinks and beverages, while also offering an all-day menu of snacks, finger food and Ouzo meze.
- The bar serves both the pool area and the private beach, ensuring that guests can enjoy their favorite drinks and snacks in whichever area they choose to relax
- The design of the space follows the overall direction of the property, incorporating bold colors, textures and materiality. The use of concrete block gives a modern feel, while wood details add warmth and natural elegance. Low built-in tables with colorful poufs completes the experience, creating an inviting space where guests can sit comfortably and enjoy a drink or meal.
